Self-service portal which allows in just few clicks the requests for application access, license allocation, access to file shares, shared mailboxes, distribution lists. The application is fully extendable allowing management for various entities: LDAP forests, O365, Azure subscriptions, Exchange servers, SharePoint and file servers.
It offers a workflow engine which allows customers to define approval lines, approval steps and automations. It integrates with 3rd party ITSM engines: XpertTime , Jira, Service-Now via additional modules.
